Obstetrics and gynecology services at The University of Kansas Health System in Great Bend are located
on the second floor of the Great Bend Campus in the Medical Pavilion. A designated entrance is at the
northeast corner of the hospital. From there, take the elevator to the OB-GYN lobby.

The OB-GYN care team is available for patients at the hospital 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hospital
nursing staff may be able to answer your questions outside office hours. During office hours, staff
members are available to answer questions that may not require a visit to the office. Our OB-GYN nurses
have combined experience of more than 55 years.

Obstetrics and gynecology services include:

• Full-service obstetrics including pre- and postnatal care, and labor and delivery for routine and complex obstetrical patients

•  Prepregnancy counseling

• High-risk prenatal care

• First-trimester ultrasound screening

• 3D and 4D ultrasound

• Fertility treatments, including artificial insemination and ovulation induction

• Well woman exams and Pap smears

• Treatment of urinary incontinence

• Laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy

•  Menopause services, including hormone therapy

• Screening for osteoporosis

• Cancer screenings and treatments

• Other gynecological procedures
