The pediatrics care team at The University of Kansas Health System in Great Bend welcomes Dianna Holguin, APRN, FNP-C.
"I am happy to care for the children of Great Bend,” Holguin says. “This is my hometown. I was born and raised here."
Holguin earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in Minneapolis. She worked as a registered nurse before becoming a nurse practitioner.
"I became a nurse practitioner because I wanted to make a difference in the lives of my patients," Holguin says. "My goal is to treat all my patients with respect, dignity, care and compassion."
She is married with 2 sons, and when she’s not working, she likes to spend time with family, watch her boys play sports and travel.
